She weaves traditional Reiki of the Usui lineage with a form of healing called Limpia. A Limpia (spiritual cleansing) is used to cleanse the body, mind and soul of negativity including blockages, bad karma, generational curses, imbalances, addictions, phobias and fears. Meredith integrates this work with Reiki and the singing of intuitive songs and sounds into and around the body, as a pure vessel for unconditional love and healing, channeled through her to you. Includes consultation and chakra assessment.
